After considering a suggestion to create an antithesis to the Global Captains of Industry...I present the Global Captains of Infamy!

the team was created by Max Lord(or whatever japanese name he may end up having). i felt a very Dark Avengers feel when i thought about the concept, with Lord as Osborn. The team has a public face, but behind the scenes a much more sinister appearance.
Black Adam: (Africa)
When Captain Marvel had his initial vision of the global calamity, he thought he saw a corrupt version of himself at the heart of it. his new mentor Tawny the tiger revealed that he wasnt the first recipient of Xiazamm's gifts. he was told that his predecesor turned to evil and eventually was killed to stop his rampage. Marvel spent his time with the captains attempting to avert this for himself. when the captains were betrayed by Captain Fear, it wasnt until then new Captain Marvel appeared that it all made sense...it was the former champion, Black Adam who was the cause of the calamity he saw!
Captain Nazi: (Europe)
when the new captains are revealed to the public, Captain Nazi uses the guise of Captain Arhat. he claims to be a fighter for peace trying to restore the symbol that was perverted by the nazi movement, back to the eastern religious symbol it was prior to WWII. behind the scenes, he has his own agenda and is 2nd only to Black Adam in ruthlessness.
Captain Calamity: (Asia)
her symbol is one of disrupted harmony. she has the power of "bad luck" in nature as well as on individuals. she is psychotic and manipulative.
Captain Hunter: (North America)
he uses lots of military grade weapons in battle. he also has shown the ability to trade places with different monsters in his creature commando platoon [link] , which he can control. he is the most trusted by Lord...but thats not sayin much.
Captains Cold and Boomerang reclaim their protectorates and Captain Fear maintains his.
